WeedGuardPlus is an environmentally sustainable, weed controlling vegetable and garden mulch suitable for use by Growers and Home Garden enthusiasts.

WeedGuardPlus is a 100% biodegradable paper mulch that decomposes at the end of the season. This new mulch effectively eliminates weeds, helps reduce erosion, can moderate soil temperatures and can be worked into the soil after the growing season.

WeedGuardPlus is porous so it allows water, air and nutrients to pass through. It is also durable and can withstand heavy rain. WeedGuardPlus is the environmentally sound and acceptable replacement for plastic mulches.

WeedGuardPlus is a matting material made from all natural cellulose fibers. Unlike, synthetic weed barriers, WeedGuardPlus is composed of eco-effective, renewable resources.

WeedGuardPlus is available in both an Organic Formulation and a 5-5-5 Fertilizer Enriched Formulatuion. The fertilizer enriched WeedGuardPlus incorporates a slow release fertilizer directly into the barrier. Because the nutrients are released over time, plants receive the essential elements necessary for them to develop healthy, optimum growth while nutrient runoff is avoided.
